Outward signs that I judge people when I first meet them depends on how I see them. For example, when I see a person who is sleeping in class, I think of them as lazy but in reality, they could just be smart or just tired that they sleep in class.
Secondly, sometimes rumor helps my judgement on people. Whenever I hear rumors like a person who helps everyone out and is nice could be rather rude when no one is looking. Who knows what cover a person puts up when they're in public. I usually don't make my expression to a person unless they start up a conversation with me.
My judgement on people would also depend on how the person would talk to me. When a person were to strike up a conversation rudely, they could just be having a bad day. Not everything meets the eye. Who knows how the person we meet is like unless we get to know them personally.
